Farmworkers

Jambo Roses currently has over 595 employees and 12 managers. The majority of our workers and staff are 68% women, who have made a tremendous contribution to Jambo Roses. We provide all the workers with breakfast and lunch free of charge including safe drinking water. The company will soon be starting up a credit scheme for it’s entire workforce. The money raised will be managed by the workers and invested into the programs that they consider most meaningful.
